I've been loving the Moonshot Face Perfection Balm Cushion that I bought another cushion from this brand to try. I could say that the cushion from them is the best that I've tried so far. I wanted to try another version just to compare the two. And true enough it is just as good as the first one I've tried but with different effect or result on my face. I decided to try this one since it was on sale at yesstyle while I was browsing and the timing was really perfect since the Face Balm cushion is almost finish as well.
I chose the Moonshot Moonshot Micro Setting Fit Cushion SPF50+ PA+++ (shade 301 Honey).

The packaging is really beautiful. They have a space theme going on with astronaut detail as well which is really cute. It does not come with a refill which makes it a bit expensive than the usual cushion but the highend cushion comes with refill but with a hefty price tag as well so I can say this is in between, not cheap but also not highend price.
I am shade 301 which is the darkest. It offers only 3 shades so if you are darker than me, I think it would be too light for you. For me, this shade matches NC25 for MAC which is my shade. It might still suit upto NC30 but not darker. I am really happy the darkest shade matches my skintone because most cushion brands from Korea cater only for skintone upto shade 23 which is like NC20 or lighter I guess. This has 12g which lasts me for 2 months more or less.
I really love the puff that comes with it, it has a like a pentagon shape. The tip part is ideal when you apply it on the eye area so it can really go easily to the sides or corner areas.
The formula is matte and medium-full coverage, depends how many layers you will going to apply. If you are combi-oily skin type, this would really be great for you. It is okay for me now since it is still warm here but I think this would be a bit drying for me during winter time.
I don't really need to set it with a powder since it is already mattifying enough for me. It has a strong scent like a floral scent which I like but maybe would bother some people. It does not linger for a long time which is great.

If I compare the two cushions side by side. The MSFC(left) looks darker than FPBC(right). The MSFC has a normal cushion or foam type inside while the FPBC is like a tension pact which you can't remove unlike with a normal cushion which you can place it upside down when the above part is dry so you can still use some products from below or inside part of the cushion.

I'm not sure if it is clear on the photo but in person the right side is glowy compared to the left side. the MSFC(left) has more coverage, thicker formula and matte. While the FPBC(right) is light, sheer-light coverage, glowy and hydrating formula. So if you have normal skin type and does not need coverage the right side is for you. Although, if I layer the right side it can cover good also my redness and pimple marks but not as good as the left cushion.
